Normally I would not purchase an item of this cost and nature sight unseen, but given the circumstances (Holiday season, store stock low, son returning to college tomorrow, etc) I opted to buy from them. First tux arrived a couple of days ago, but we were not crazy about the fit, so I called Marc, and he suggested we order the next size up, and bring both to my tailor to see which would require least amount of alterations. We did just that. My "Italian Tailor" Salvatore, who, incidently makes all my custom suits, was very impressed with the quality ("Atsa nica, bella, bella, how mucha you pay...ata gooda prica, come si chiama compania!) At etuxedo, I dealt solely with Marc, who I feel is a real gem. I am sending the tux that did'nt fit back for a full refund. I highly recommend doing business with this firm. I had been renting 1 time a year for past 3 years those hard stiff tuxedos. I decided to purchase a quality Tuxedo and that was the right discussion. I did not know where to look except locally and they were very expensive for the high Supers. I researched and found e-tuxedo. I found they were US based and there is not one negative that I found on the internet about e-tuxedo also checked BBA they are rated A+. I followed their easy to understand directions in proper measuring and placed order over the e-tuxedo website. I received 3 days later and it is by far the best Tux I have ever worn Super 120 soft, shinny, and cut to fit. Another satisfied customer thanks for e-tuxedo. Wear this tuxedo twice you will break-even with the cost of renting. This tuxedo will never go out of style given its traditional styling. I wish I had bought one earlier instead of renting for past events. After shopping around I decided to go with eTuxedo because of designer selection, suit-separates, price, etc. Tuxedo arrived promtly after ordering. I wish suit separates were more common for suits in general. I did end up taking the jacket/pants into a tailor to have the jacket/pants altered for a perfect, custom fit. While I've seen tuxedos made with finer wool (and a heftier price tag), this tuxedo is well made and a good buy overall. First off, Mark was extremely helpful. I had tried another tuxedo from a different store, but was not at all satisfied with the quality or fit. Mark put me in this Ralph Lauren tuxedo which I wore for my wedding. I got many compliments on the tuxedo and most of all, I felt great knowing that I was wearing my own clothes and not a rental. The fabric, fit and look of this tuxedo is superb and for the money, you cannot beat it. I liked ordering the separate sized jacket and pants, which made for a great fit. I have always rented tuxes previously, and they never felt or looked quite right. eTuxedo solved that problem.
